1: Accessories
1.1 After each batch of accessories enters the factory, the business department will provide the artwork confirmed by the customer. The person in charge of the warehouse will check the accessories.
1.2 The warehouse clerk shall go through the storage procedures after the inspection. According to the random inspection quantity, if there is one quality problem, the review of the batch of accessories is unqualified. Substandard products handle return processing.
1.3 The warehouse manager is responsible for inspecting the quality and quantity of the auxiliary materials returned to the order.
1.4 Sampling inspection items include carton, trademark, washing label, tracking label, color card, insert card, cardholder, tag, back panel, bagging, hanger, etc.
2. Fabric
2.1 First of all, the inspector in charge of the fabrics arriving at the company is responsible for inspecting the color, hand feel, and other materials items according to the contract number. The inspector will select one piece of fabric from each batch, and about 50*50cm fabrics will be cut and sent to the testing room for washing shrinkage, Wash appearance, and other tests. Dark colors need to be tested for colorfastness to washing, dry rubbing, and wet rubbing.
2.2 Fabric inspection process According to production requirements, the incoming fabrics: woven terry cloth, and knitted cotton products are subject to 30% quantity and quality inspection; others are subject to 10% quantity and quality inspection; if the fabric is less than 200 meters, it should be 100% inspected. When inspecting the material, first check the customer's standard sample and at the same time compare the colors of the fabric's edge, middle, head, middle, and horses. Ensure that each piece of cloth is not less than three times to test the width.
2.3 Only the fabrics that pass the inspection of the fabric inspection process can be put into the warehouse. Qualified materials are marked with the measured meters, weight, square meter weight, contract number, and other information, and they are neatly rolled and packaged, and shipped to the warehouse. The warehouse is stored in batches according to GPU number or contract number.
2.4 If unqualified fabrics are inspected, fill in the "Information Feedback Form" and send feedback to the quality department, and the quality department will make concessions or return the goods.
2.5 Inspection standard "4-point system standard."
3. Cutting process
3.1 Quality control points: the height, template, color (cylinder difference), storage, size, shape, etc., of the goods.
3.2 The workshop quality inspector is responsible for the random inspection of the pieces.
3.3 During the inspection process, if any non-conformity is found, the quality inspector has the right to order the production to stop.
3.4 Sampling inspection frequency: Each case shall be subject to random inspection.
4. Embroidery process
4.1 Quality control points: color, size, embroidery defects, location, and safety.
Quality control points: specification, shape, stitch length, sewing thread, mark position, sewing defect, etc.
4.2 Inspection frequency: twice per day.
4.3 During the inspection, the quality inspector, focuses on the quality control points to check and find the quality problems of the lathes; they must promptly request the lathes to repair and continue to follow up and inspect.
5. Sewing process:
5.1 Quality control points: specification, shape, stitch length, sewing thread, mark position, sewing defect, etc.
5.2 Inspection frequency: twice per day.
5.3 During the inspection, the quality inspector, focuses on the quality control points to check and find the quality problems of the lathes; they must promptly request the lathes to repair and continue to follow up.
6. Inspection process:
6.1 Quality control points: specifications, quality, appearance defects, storage, etc.
6.2 Frequency: each.
6.3 Rework includes sewing rework and product trimming.
6.3.1 For reworked and repaired products, a section chief is responsible for notifying the sewing workers to return to the inspection process for re-inspection after repairing.
6.3.2 The workshop should arrange repairs for the repaired products in time, and the workshop is not allowed to hold down the goods for a long time. For example, when the number of trimmed products is large, it should be reported to the quality department in time, and the quality department will check the incoming fabrics.
6.3.3 The inspector should repair the defects such as slight fuzzing, hanging hair, narrow road, slub yarn, unknitting, etc. It is not allowed to put it into the repaired product.
6.4 The quality inspector checks the filling of the standard inspection process report, especially the product process and defect classification table on the size and defect of the product.
7. Packaging process:
7.1 Packaging process control points: packaging accessories, packaging appearance, packaging size.
7.2 Frequency: each.
7.3 The quality inspector mainly inspects the packaged products:
1) Whether the product is folded correctly, beautifully, and neatly.
2) Color and quantity matching.
3) Check card etc., accessories are correct or not.
